The AMZCHEF CE-FS-IRC119B33 is a dual-zone induction cooktop with a total power output of 3,300 W, which can operate as two independent cooking zones or a single larger Flex Zone. The individual zones offer power outputs of up to 1,800 W and 1,500 W, and 10 power settings-from P1 to P9-along with the “B” quick-cook mode, allow you to adjust the heating intensity to suit the dish you’re preparing. The model operates at a voltage of 220–240 V and a frequency of 50/60 Hz, measures 52 × 30 × 7.2 cm, and can be used as a countertop model or built into a cabinet.

Flex Zone – Larger Cooking Surface

The Flex Zone feature allows you to use a larger heating surface, which is useful when cooking in large, wide, or oblong cookware. The built-in timer allows you to set the cooking time up to 99 minutes, making it easier to control the duration of cooking without constantly checking the clock. The cooktop is also equipped with a control panel lock, overheat protection, automatic cookware detection, and a “H” residual heat indicator. These features help reduce the risk of accidental activation or changes to settings and alert you when the surface remains hot after the cooktop has finished operating.
